General Introduction
Quang Ninh Seafood Export Joint Stock Company No. 2 (Aquapexco) was established in 1988 as a state-owned enterprise. Initially, the company focused on exploiting and exporting fresh seafood products, making an important contribution to the economic and commercial development of Quang Ninh province.
In April 2005, Aquapexco successfully transitioned into a joint-stock company under Decision No. 552/QD-CT dated February 16, 2005, issued by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, approving the equitization plan and conversion of Quang Ninh Seafood Export Company No. 2. This transformation marked a significant turning point in Aquapexco's development, opening up many new opportunities for the company to expand its operations, enhance its competitiveness, and contribute to promoting Vietnam's seafood industry.
